Starting out at the likes of Marie Claire Magazine, and working alongside many different teams in media production, I’ve previously written for a wide range of publications, and I’ve also worked as an editor, for Sanctuary Magazine.
As well as articles and stories, I’ve produced content and copy for a number of businesses and charity initiatives, such as for Time To Change, Comic Relief, and CALM, and I have delivered to deadline on a vast array of wellbeing related topics: everything from the effectiveness of chiropractic care, to the ways that students can best protect their mental health when they first move away from home.
In addition to having a background in wellness publishing, I am also a certified yoga teacher. I love that I get to combine these two areas of interest through my work, and my words have been featured in a number of high-profile publications, including OM YOGA Magazine, Womankind Mag, and Mantra Magazine.
Aside from writing, I am a mother of two small children, and I consider this to be my most important role.
