I began my career at Marie Claire and have since collaborated with numerous media production teams. I’ve contributed written content to various publications and have served as an editor for Sanctuary Magazine.

 

In addition to producing articles and stories, I have created content and copy for several businesses and charity initiatives, including Time to Change, Comic Relief, and CALM.

 

I have consistently met deadlines on a wide range of wellbeing-related topics, covering everything from the effectiveness of chiropractic care to strategies for helping students protect their mental health when transitioning away from home.

 

Alongside my background in wellness publishing, I am also a certified yoga teacher. I enjoy integrating these two passions into my work, and my writings have been featured in several high-profile publications, such as OM Yoga Magazine, Womankind Magazine, and Mantra Magazine.

 

Aside from my writing and yoga practice, I am a mother of two, which is my most important role.
