I am a certified yoga teacher (Level 4), and yoga has become a way of life for me; a way of being within this complex world.
As part of my training with British Wheel of Yoga (BWY), I began teaching classes in 2021, under the name Breathe & Be Yoga, and while I no longer teach in-person group classes, I have a small amount of availability for online (via Zoom) one-to-one sessions, and I am in the process of developing an e-course offering, which I am really excited about.
Mainly, though, it is through my writing that I aim to share the power of yoga to transform lives, and I am particularly interested in how yoga can benefit the practice of writing.
Yoga has been around for eons, and yet, in my opinion, there has never been a more relevant time for it than now.
